4. Platform Services
4.1 For Business Users

- Unique QR code generation
- Payment processing and revenue distribution

- Customer order management
- Marketing and promotional support
4.2 For Customers
- Instant product discovery through QR code scanning
- Secure checkout and payment processing
- Order tracking and customer support
- Refund and return processing assistance
4.3 Service Availability
While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
5. Business User Obligations
5.1 Product and Service Listings
Business Users must ensure that all listings:
- Contain accurate and truthful information
- Include clear product descriptions and pricing
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Do not infringe on intellectual property rights
- Meet quality and safety standards
5.2 Prohibited Products and Services
Business Users may not list:
- Illegal products or services
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials
- Adult content or services
- Pharmaceutical products without proper licensing
- Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
- Services that violate platform policies
5.3 Order Fulfillment
Business Users are responsible for:
- Timely order processing and fulfillment

- Providing accurate delivery timeframes
- Handling customer service inquiries
- Managing returns and refunds according to their policies
5.4 Compliance and Legal Obligations
Business Users must:
- Comply with all applicable business laws and regulations

- Handle tax obligations and reporting
- Protect customer data and privacy
- Maintain appropriate business insurance
6. Payment Terms and Revenue Sharing
6.1 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
- We do not store customer payment information on our servers
- Payment processing fees may apply as determined by payment providers
- Transactions are subject to fraud detection and security checks
6.2 Platform Commission
Commission Structure
Scan Click Buy retains a service commission of 3.5% from each successful transaction. This commission covers platform maintenance, payment processing, customer support, and platform development.
6.3 Revenue Distribution
- Business Users receive 96.5% of the transaction amount (after our 3.5% commission)
- Payments are processed and distributed within 2-7 business days
- Payment schedules may vary based on payment processor policies
- Businesses are responsible for their own tax obligations
6.4 Refunds and Chargebacks
- Refund policies are determined by individual businesses
- We facilitate refund processing but do not guarantee refunds
- Chargeback fees may be deducted from business revenue
- Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Platform Intellectual Property
All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Scan Click Buy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 User Content
- Users retain ownership of their original content
- Users grant us a license to use their content for platform operations
- Users must have rights to all content they upload
- We may remove content that infringes on intellectual property rights
7.3 QR Code Usage
- Generated QR codes remain the property of the respective businesses
- QR codes must only be used for legitimate business purposes
- Businesses may use QR codes in their marketing materials
- QR codes cannot be transferred to third parties without our consent
